Where to Send DMCA Notices

Our Response Process

1. Receipt Confirmation: We will acknowledge receipt of your DMCA notice within 24 hours.
2. Review: We will review your notice to ensure it meets DMCA requirements.
3. Content Removal: If the notice is valid, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within 48 hours.
4. Notification: We will notify the user who posted the content (if applicable) that their content has been removed.
5. Follow-up: We will send you confirmation once the content has been removed.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notification with the following information:

• Your name, address, phone number, and email
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
• Your consent to jurisdiction of federal court in your district
• Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy of terminating accounts and access for users who are repeat copyright infringers. We will take appropriate action against users who repeatedly infringe copyrights, including permanent account termination.

False Claims

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. We may seek damages from anyone who submits a false or bad faith DMCA notice.

Fair Use Consideration

Before submitting a DMCA notice, please consider whether the use of your copyrighted material might constitute fair use.
